a. that based on Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 110/PMK.010/2006 concerning the System of Classifying Goods and Charging Duties on Imported Goods as amended several times the latest by Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 80/PMK.011/2011, the system of classifying goods and charging duties on imported goods has been stipulated;
b. that in the framework to increase domestic cinema industry development and make easier to collect import duty, it is necessary to change system of classifying goods and charging duties on imported goods of certain cinematograph products;
c. that based on the considerations in a and b, to implement provisions in Article 12 paragraph (3) of Law No. 10/1995 concerning Customs as amended by Law No. 17/2006, it is necessary to stipulate a Regulation of the Minister of Finance concerning Eighth Amendment to Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 110/PMK.011/2006 concerning the System of Classifying Goods and Charging Duties on Imported Goods;
In view of:
1. Law No. 7/1994 concerning the Ratification of Agreement Establishing The World Trade Organization (Statute Book of 1994 No. 57, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3564);
2. Law No. 10/1995 concerning Customs (Statute Book of 1995 No. 75, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3612), as amended by Law No. 17/2006 (Statute Book of 2006 No. 93, Supplement to Statute Book No. 4661);
3. Presidential Decree No. 56/P/2010;
4. Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 110/PMK.010/2006 concerning the System of Classifying Goods and Charging Duties on Imported Goods as amended several times the latest by Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 80/PMK.011/2011;

REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE CONCERNING EIGHTH AMENDMENT TO REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE No. 110/PMK.010/2006 CONCERNING THE SYSTEM OF CLASSIFYING GOODS AND CHARGING DUTIES ON IMPORTED GOODS
Article I
To amend system of classifying goods and charging duties on the imported certain cinematograph movie products as intended in Attachment II of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 110/PMK.010/2006 concerning the System of Classifying Goods and Charging Duties on Imported Goods as amended several times the latest by Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 80/PMK.011/2011 that is stated in Table I of this Regulation of the Minister of Finance, become system of classifying goods and charging duties on the imported certain cinematograph movie products as stated in Table II of this Regulation of the Minister of Finance, that is an integral part of this Regulation of the Minister of Finance.
Article II
This Regulation of the Minister of Finance shall come into force as from the date of promulgation.
For public cognizance, this Regulation of the Minister of Finance shall be promulgated by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
